Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Kalalak provides branding, web design, app development, and digital marketing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by Kalalak remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may result in project timeline adjustments.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. A deposit is typically required before work commences. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Kalalak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any related matter.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calicut, Kerala.
